What is graffiti?

Graffiti is tags that are posted all over. The people who are said to do graffiti are called "taggers". They tag walls. They tag cars. They tag anywhere there is a clear spot. Graffiti is mainly used with spray paint. Sometimes colours represent something. For example, red represents The Bloods which is a gang name.
I myself like the look of graffiti because it is a piece of art. It shows what kind of talent you have. But if you do graffiti just to do it to disrupt people or use foul language, I find it wrong. Do you find graffiti wrong? I know I said I like the looks of it, but that's all I said. I didn't say it was fine for people to go around doing it. In my defense, I do think it is wrong because it is paint with maybe foul language or a subliminal message hidden in the image spray-painted on the surface.
Do you think graffiti should be illegal? Vote in the poll.
